Last year, Personio resented our H.U.G Digital 2020. For 3,500 attendees, it was the place to be for HR professionals of all stripes, across industries, who wanted to learn more about the future of work in exciting and new ways.

What’s Happening At H.U.G Digital 2021?

At H.U.G Digital 2021, we’ll have 50 speakers , 30 different sessions, covering a wide range of topics each designed for the future of work. But, who will be there and what will they cover?

Some great names in the industry, including Daniel Illes (Head of People, Vinted), Hamira Riaz (VP Strategic Leadership, VOLVO Group), Alexander Westerdahl (VP HR Research and Development, Spotify), Sarah Thomas (People Manager, Mindful Chef), Ross Seychell (Chief People Officer, Personio), and Chloe Palmer (Head of People, Accel) to name just a few.

Then, a whole host of topics and high-impact content. This includes how a company like Vinted has developed and implemented a new performance management.

Or, the introduction and exploration of Spotify’s new “work from anywhere” approach,” or the new learning platform that the team at VOLVO Group have implemented.

Personio will be presenting our own “Redefining People Experience through Product Development,” to empower HR leaders and teams alike to rethink how they develop, implement, and iterate on new projects.

It’s a collection of different perspectives, processes, and some of the leading practices that HR teams are introducing into their own work. They’ll be sharing all of these across various formats: expert talks and interviews, workshops, panel discussions and more.

The event will feature two full tracks, one in German and one in English. We also plan to have breakouts with regional relevance dedicated to Spain, Benelux, and the Nordics.
